Synopsis

Takkema follows the journey of brilliant, independent women facing the challenge of finding a partner who can match their ambitions. In a male-dominated society, they search for that rare bird : a husband willing to step aside and let them shine. Confronted with growing loneliness, these women decide to break the mold and take control of their own happiness.
