Synopsis

“Rabani” – is a film about Ukrainian refugee with Sudanese roots, who is caught between memory and a relentless media stream that constructs a parallel life inside his mind. As he moves through Berlin, this mediated reality begins to distort his perception, until he can no longer distinguish which emotions are his own and which are imposed.
