Since birth, Najla has lived in a refugee camp in the Algerian Sahara. Over the course of ten years, the film follows the activist as she peacefully advocates for Western Sahara's independence. But how does one advocate for a homeland one has never experienced firsthand? As the conflict escalates once again, Najla’s pacifist stance begins to waver. She must decide which path to take for herself and for future generations.
