Judge Alicja Mazur did everything to escape from hell. After confronting Paweł Witkowski, she returns to prison. Unmasking her husband assures her of her acquittal. Despite Serafin's pressure, Hanka decides to admit to shooting her stepfather and accept the consequences. Will Alicja stay in prison to save her daughter? In the prison, there are staff changes. Hepner becomes the new penitentiary director, demoting 'Penis' to a mere guard. The new director quickly gains the favor of the prisoners. Only Alicja Mazur suspects there is more to it.

The echoes of the riot continue, and penitentiary director Hepner teaches the prisoners a hard lesson in humility. Bans, restrictions, and mandatory runs in the courtyard become the daily routine. Campina, Shibie, and Francy, designated by Alicja as witnesses of the auction of women on the darknet, are particularly affected. Hepner knows their testimonies could mean his downfall. Meanwhile, in the prison's mother and child unit, Kosa enjoys motherhood. Unfortunately, bruises appear on Miki's body. Kosa is suspected of child abuse.
